Luna accepts many insurance plans and we handle the benefits verification process for you. With Luna, you always pay the same exact co-pay your insurance plan has for visiting a PT clinic. We accept all major insurances and Medicare.

Appointments are available 7 days a week, from 6:30am-8:30pm. We make it hassle-free to complete your full course of care by having your Luna therapist come to you. In Ohio, Direct Access rules allow patients to be seen for physical therapy without a prescription. If the patient does not demonstrate progress within 30 days, the patient must be referred to an appropriate healthcare provider.
Medicare requires a signed plan of care for physical therapy. Your Luna therapist will create a plan of care during your first visit, and the Luna team will work with your doctor to get it approved. You will need a new plan of care established every 90 days or 10 visits whichever is sooner.
